Contexts that engender personal safety and risk were classified through various documents and verification of the expertise group. Each context was constructed by rule based, which is composed of the user's profile data and the context data, and the degree of risk will be adjusted by checking the situation change periodically.
The degree of risk felt by the user will be personalized by direct/indirect evaluation, and reflected in future evaluation of risk.

- SmartCamera: Analysis of intensity of a crowd, blocking an illegal intruder, movement path tacking of the suspect, recognition of the dangerous behavior (menace to a person, arson, theft, and etc.)
- SmartPendant: Recognition of the dangerous situation and transmission of the related information through image and voice analysis, when a child or an aged person carries this device.
- SmartWall: Displays the situation information received from smart devices on the tiled display, interacts with the image information, and transfers and monitors a dangerous situation.

When a dangerous situation occurs, the Public Safety Solution automatically sets up the response plan for each type. It searches for the most appropriate related party according to the u-Service template defined to resolve the situation for each type, and assigns the role to resolve the situation, and enables to maintain public safety. For instance, in the situation that requires presence of a guard, the personal with the highest accessibility will be selected according to the space model, and instructed to visit the site.
