Indices that affect stress were classified through various documents and verification of the expertise group. Stress Care Solution calculates the integrated stress index, based on various indices that are classified by grade.
- Environmental indices: Temperature, humidity, noise, CO2, and etc.
- Bio-indices: Pulse, iris, blood pressure, brain waves, body temperature, and etc.
- Daily life indices: Stress scale of Holmes and Rahe, occupation, place and time exposed to stress, and etc.

Various smart devices are utilized to care stress effectively. Smart devices with various purposes measure stress indices automatically, and provide the Stress Care Service according to the stress index.

Stress Care Service is provided in 4 grades, depending on stress strength, and the service composition table is updated dynamically for each user after measuring the service effect. (The service effect is calculated by figuring out the degree of the objective/subjective change in stress elements before/after service is provided.)
